In the most beautiful village square, the former convent of Poor Clares of St. Sebastian, since 2005 become a hostel, a place where all the available spaces are dedicated to authentic meetings.

“La Tana Libera Tutti” organizes unusual meeting with local people as Luciana, a hand weaver who dye the threads of wool with saffron, onion and cochineal, as Roberto Di Filippo, winemaker who cultivates 24 hectares of vineyard in the hills exposed to the sun, halfway between Torgiano and Montefalco. Or Moreno Moraldi, expert director of a nursery plant with 700 different species of plants, known throughout Italy for the cypresses and the cultivation of truffles.
